National Retail Properties invests primarily in high-quality retail properties subject generally to long-term, net leases. The company's Free Cash Flow Payout at 67% (flat with prior) is above my acceptable level of 60%, and its Debt to Total Capital at 50% (up from 49%) is above the 45% maximum I look for.
