For this list, we looked at stocks that pay monthly dividends. Among them, we chose stocks with the highest dividend yields, which range from 10% to 26% as of October 5. Most of these stocks are from the REIT sector because they’re obligated to distribute about 90% of their income to shareholders. The royalty trust currently offers a monthly dividend of $0.0538 per share and has a dividend yield of 26.60%, as of October 5.
