Warren Buffett released recently his portfolio movements via 13F. I cover his investment changes and like to share my thoughts about his latest moves. Sure, I like to focus on dividend stocks, but you will also get his non-dividend payer stock buys and sells. During the past quarter, Warren bought 11 stocks, of which eight pay a dividend. Four stock positions were reduced and he sold Deere (NYSE:DE).
General Motors (GM) and Suncor Energy (SU) are Buffett's highest-yielding stock purchases from the past quarter. Completely new shares in his asset vehicle were Express Scripts Holdings (NASDAQ:ESRX), the health care plans operator. In addition, he added Visa (V) and MasterCard (MA). The trend of cash-less transactions is fully intact and gains more and more momentum. Also, Buffett increased his Wal-Mart (WMT) and IBM (IBM) holdings.
